Furthermore, if combined with addition NaCl, reduce water content body so cannot grow reproduce. purpose this study was to obtain effective concentration from NaCl. This type research experimental 4 treatments 9:1, 7:1, 4:1, 3:1. Each treatment repeated 6 times. 24 samples have been treated left 12 hours at room temperature which represents time catch until they come shore. results showed durability fresh 4:1 got value 6.95, categorized It means effectively preservative. oneway ANOVA test there effect on freshness
